The goal for this youngest group is to nurture curiosity while developing basic hand‑eye coordination and a sense of cause and effect. Projects use large, safe materials—paper, cardboard, play‑dough, oversized LEDs—to build wind spinners, wobbling animal toys, or simple sticker circuits. Children take charge of colouring, sticking, and pressing buttons, but any cutting or hot‑glue work must be done by an adult, who guides them by asking “What do you think will happen if we try this?” to reinforce discovery learning.
